Zach's practice focuses on corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt financing, and general corporate matters. Prior to joining J2, Zach practiced at a global "Big Law" firm.

A native Floridian, Zach received his J.D., summa cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he served on the University of Miami Law Review and was inducted into the Order of the Coif. He also holds a B.A. from Ithaca College and is a member of the Florida Bar.
