Sam Sherman

Sam’s practice focuses on corporate law, venture capital, and M&A. Sam leverages his MBA degree and previous financial experience to give a business approach to each client’s legal mattters. 

Sam obtained a JD/MBA degree from the University of Miami. While in law school, Sam was elected an SBA Senator, was a part of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and participated in the university’s Angel Network. Additionally, Sam was a law clerk for a small firm specializing in corporate law, where he gained hands-on experience assisting foreign clients in bringing their corporations to the United States. 

Prior to law school, Sam worked in the financial services industry where he obtained first-hand experience dealing with financial markets and securities matters. Sam applies his work experience and the knowledge gained from the MBA program to our clients’ legal needs in their business ventures.
