Mati focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Prior to joining J2, Mati practiced corporate immigration law at a large international law firm.

Born in Uruguay but raised in Miami, Mati is fluent in both Spanish and English. Mati graduated from the University of Florida with honors and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law.
