Mid-Senior Level Corporate Transactional Position (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Ideal candidates should have 4+ years of sophisticated transactional experience within a general corporate practice, including private equity and M&A experience. Health care experience, specifically, would be a plus, but not necessary.
Candidates should have day-to-day experience counseling private companies (including private equity firms, strategic buyers and family offices), including with respect to general corporate governance matters.
Candidates should possess strong client management skills and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
Candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.
