Brian focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, general corporate matters and other corporate transactions. Brian spent over seven years as the general counsel and a member of the management team of a startup company turned private equity-backed business. Prior to his tenure as general counsel, Brian spent several years practicing at “Big Law”.

A native Floridian, Brian graduated from the University of Florida with honors, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. He also received his Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Miami School of Law and is a member of the Florida Bar.
